Fly more, learn faster: Join our staff!
Do you want to fly more and improve your paragliding skills, but lack experience or budget? We have a proposal that might interest you!
At our paragliding school, we're looking for someone like you: eager to learn, with some flying experience, and, above all, a good attitude. The idea is simple: we offer you the chance to practice and fly with us, accompanied by our instructors, in exchange for helping us during the flight days.
Exchange help for flight time and experience
You help us with transfers, administration and other logistic things and in return, you join flights whenever possible, spend time with the team, learn from the instructors, and accumulate quality hours and experience. It's a perfect opportunity to soak up the atmosphere, improve your technique, and learn more
Ideal if you're just starting out and want to grow quickly, surrounded by people who love flying as much as you do.
If this sounds like a good fit and you think it's a good fit, drop us a line and we'll talk about it!
Let’s make a deal!
If you're thinking about joining us at Zero Gravity Paragliding to learn, fly, and soak up some serious paragliding vibes, here’s everything you need to know about our collaboration deal.
First things first:
This is not a paid job. There’s no salary, no contract, and no insurance involved. We’re offering a friendly, verbal agreement based on mutual trust and good vibes.
Also important: we don’t cover your expenses (like accommodation, food, travel, etc.). So if you decide to come, it’s 100% at your own cost and responsibility.
What we do offer
You get the chance to fly with us, be part of the team, and learn tons just by being around instructors and students all week. In exchange, we’ll ask for your help with daily tasks during our courses.
When you're not needed for any task, you’re free to join the flying, sit in on classes, and accumulate hours and experience. It’s an awesome way to grow quickly in the sport.
What kind of help are we talking about?
Here’s what you’d be doing:
-
Drive one of our 9-seat vans to pick up pilots after their flights
-
Help prep and tidy up equipment
-
Assist in setting up takeoffs and untangling wings when needed
-
Lend a hand to students with ground handling sessions
-
Help instructors during classes or theory sessions (only if you feel comfortable — never responsible for students)
-
Light cleaning, organising, and basic help around our school and mini-bar
-
Be around when needed, depending on what’s happening that day
Nothing too crazy — just being useful and involved. 😎
What's your week going to look like?
Our courses run from Sunday morning to Friday afternoon.
Saturdays are always off.
The busiest days are usually Sunday to Tuesday, which means you'll be helping more during those days. From Wednesday on, it’s often quieter, and you’ll likely have more chances to fly.
On days when the weather is good for flying, the workdays are long and intense — we start early and finish late. In winter, we typically begin around 9:30 and finish around 18:30. In spring and summer, we may finish later, but we take a long break of several hours during the middle of the day.
In exchange, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a full-time school runs, and lots of flying when possible.
Requirements — what we ask from you:
-
You should have some paragliding experience. No need to be an expert, but at least know your way around a glider.
-
You must have a valid driving license in Spain and feel confident driving a 9-seater van.
-
You need to commit to a minimum stay of 3 consecutive weeks, and let us know your available dates in advance.
-
Be reliable and flexible — your help is needed when the team is working, not just when the weather’s nice to fly 😉
Availability – important!
We usually have only one or two assistant spots available at a time, so places are limited.
The position must be available during the period you want to come, and it’s assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
So if you're interested, don’t wait too long to get in touch!
When can you come?
Our flying season runs from January to December, but we take a break during June, July & August (school closed) and 2 weeks around Christmas.
So...
If you're up for an adventure, want to boost your skills, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves in exchange for airtime and learning, then we’d love to hear from you!
Shoot us a message, tell us a bit about yourself, your experience, and your available dates. Let’s fly more, together 🪂
